The news: YouTube is launching three updates to its “Inspiration” tab for creators in YouTube Studio while giving users the opportunity to repost TikTok content to YouTube Shorts, per a Creator Insider video.

The first update includes “Brainstorm from anywhere” to help creators use past videos and comments to develop prompts and guidance for future videos.
“Hooks,” the second Inspiration update, offers AI-powered hook suggestions to help creators craft more compelling video introductions and boost viewer retention rates.
The final update is “Quick saves,” which allows creators to save ideas from the idea list in YouTube Studio.
